Notice to Third-Party Recruiters and Recruitment Agencies

Any resumes sent to a hiring manager or submitted via Tetra Tech’s career portal, fax, mail, or email without prior approval from Tetra Tech’s Human Resources department are considered unsolicited and property of Tetra Tech. Tetra Tech will only pay a placement fee for a hired candidate if the following conditions are met before submitting a candidate:

1. Tetra Tech’s Human Resources department has a fully executed contract in place with the vendor
2. Tetra Tech’s Human Resources department has approved the vendor to service the job opening in question

Tetra Tech will not pay a fee for any placement that results from an unsolicited resume.
